This project involved the complete removal of deteriorating Hardie siding, followed by the installation of brand-new exterior sheathing to restore structural integrity and provide a solid foundation for the home’s new exterior finish. By addressing the underlying layers—not just the surface—we ensured improved durability, moisture protection, and long-term performance. A proper exterior starts beneath the siding, and this upgrade sets the stage for lasting curb appeal.
