Underpinning and structural upgrade on this existing home.

We extended and reinforced the foundation to support a much larger build going up on top. This required extensive shoring to safely carry the load while sections of the original foundation were excavated and rebuilt.

New concrete was placed to deepen and strengthen the footings, tying everything into the existing structure and bringing the foundation up to the capacity needed for the new build.

A lot of structural work behind the scenes on this one — careful sequencing, heavy shoring, and precise concrete work to make sure the house stayed fully supported throughout the process.
